We collect your email address and payment information when you sign up. We store scan reports for 30 days to enable PDF regeneration. We do not collect data about the applications you scan beyond what is included in your reports.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your email is used to send account notifications, trial reminders, and billing emails. Payment information is processed and stored by Stripe — we do not store card details directly. Scan reports are stored to allow you to access past results.
3. Data Retention
Scan reports are retained for 30 days. Account data is retained while your account is active. All data is permanently and securely deleted within 30 days of account closure.
4. Third-Party Services
We use Stripe for payment processing and Google for OAuth authentication. These services have their own privacy policies. We use analytics tools to understand how users interact with our website.
5. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@lumelabs.io. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
