1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using Lume services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Free Trial and Billing
Your free trial lasts 7 days from account creation. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. After 7 days, you will be automatically charged $10/month. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends via your account settings to avoid any charge.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months except where required by law.
4. Acceptable Use
You may only use Lume to generate code for projects that you own or have explicit permission to contribute to. Using the service to generate malicious code or violate third-party rights is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
5. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
6. Limitation of Liability
Lume is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
